Acrylamide (AM) is one of important chemical products. The monomer is not used in usual, but its polymer product is used widely. Nowadays the maximum acrylamide and its polymer are applied in the petroleum exploitation. The molecular formula of acrylamide is CH2=CH－CO－NH2. Technology summary This technology uses Biocatalyst to transform arylon into acrylamide. Arylon (AN) is raw material and nitrile hydratase is biocatalyst. Under nitrile hydratase, water and arylon react into acrylamide (AM). After further purification the acrylamide product is obtained.

  The reaction process is as follows: 1, AN pretreatment to remove the inhibitor 2, Microorganism fermentation to produce nitrile hydratase 3, Enzyme immobilization 4, Immobilized enzyme catalyses reaction to produce AM 5, AM separate and refine to obtain the eligible product.
