Virginiamycin is a streptogramin antibiotic; in our fermentation technology it is
produced by Streptomyces olivaceus. It is a complex product with two main
components: virginiamycin S1 and virginiamycin M1.
Use:Virginimycin is utilized in animal feeds (cattle, swine, poultry, horses)
and to prevent contamination in bio-fuel fermentation.
