Mofegiline HCl, also called Mofegiline hydrochloride,
MDL-72974, is a selective, irreversible inhibitor of
monoamine oxidase B (MAO-B) and amine oxidase, copper
containing 3 (AOC3) or vascular adhesion protein 1
(VAP-1), also known as semicarbazide-sensitive amine
oxidase (SSAO).
IC50 = 680 and 3.6 nM for MAO-A and MAO-B,
