1995 -- acquired by the Toronto-based MDS Inc. and renamed MDS Panlabs.
2000 -- renamed MDS Pharma ServicesFermentation Technologics (MDSPS)
2005 -- spun off from MDSPS and reorganized to be Panlabs Biologics, Inc.
